11/25/08-Married - Started trying to conceive

1/05/09 - Met with Primary care physician for pre-conception check-up and diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Started on Metformin 500mg

2/10/09 - 2nd opinion from Dr. McLaughlin-verifies PCOS

4/19/09 - 50mg Clomid while on a cruise! Ov. cd 20. BFN

5/23/09 - 100 mg Clomid. Ov. cd 30. BFN

7/13/09 - HSG

7/28/09 - Dr. Keller says she reviewed HSG results and there appears to be a slight tubal disease, one tube dilated slightly.

8/28/09- Clomid 200mg - No Ovulation

9/11/09 - Dr. Keller recommends IVF, skipping injectibles

9/28/09 - Met with Dr. Silber, second opinion.

10/19/09 - Met with Dr. Ahlering.

BREAK- Wait for new insurance

1/05/10 - Officially signed up for March IVF #1 cycle with Dr. Ahlering.

IVF #1-

2/17/2010 - Start meds.

3/12/2010 - Canceled, low e2 (Day 9-113/Day 10 137)

Approximately 30 follicles

IVF #2-

3/31/10-Start BCP

4/06/10-Trial Embryo Transfer

4/17/10-Start Lupron

4/20/10-End BCP

4/28/10-U/S

4/30/10- (Day 1) Start Follistim

5/3/10- (Dayt 4) Blood work / E2-217

5/5/10- (Day 6) Blood work / E2-308

5/7/10- (Day 8) Blood work / E2-447

5/8/10- (Day 9) Blood work / E2-961

5/10/10- (Day 11) Blood work / E2-1791

5/12/10- (Day 12) Egg Retrieval - 12 eggs

5/13/10- Fertilization Report - 11 mature eggs, 5 used ICSI-all 5 of those fertilized, 6 conventionally -2 of those fertilized so far.

5/15/10- 3 day transfer!!!

All embryos arrested-no snow babies to freeze.

5/28/10- (13dp3dt) - Beta 291!

6/4/10- (20dp3dt) - Beta 3266!

6/17/10 - Heartbeat!!! 149 bpm, baby is 8mm long. Released from RE. Found new OB-Dr. B!

6/29/10 - Heartbeat 182 bpm! Baby is 22mm long!

8/20/2010 - 16 weeks, heartbeat 161

9/16/2010 - 20 weeks, It's a girl!!!!!

1/18/2011 - 37 weeks, 6 days - Madelyn Shirley arrives

2/11 - 12/12 - Tried to conceive baby #2 without medical intervention - ovulated one time in 10 months.

12/12/11-1st RE visit for baby #2.

3/1/12 - 1st clomid cycle 150 mg days 3-7

3/16/12 - Ovulated cd 16

3/29/12 - BFN

4/3/2012 - 2nd clomid cycle 150 mg days 3-7

4/18/12 - Ovulated cd 15

4/29-30 - Positive Pregnancy Test!!!!!!
